o       Extract all documents from the Clerk of Superior Court’s records which affect the taxable status of property.

o       Conduct research of ownership, produce abstracts of titles and compile information regarding residential, commercial properties, assist in subdivision review and clear title of ownership through SAMS, Public Search, Real Estate, and Tax Commissioner’s Office.

o       Perform varied, complex problem solving involving wills, affidavits, and deed under power.

o        Utilized MicroStation V8i with Project Wise to assist engineers, architects and others by preparing clear, complete and accurate working documents from cataloged drawings and rough sketches for engineering purposes.

o        Followed established FAA-STD-002F drafting guidelines to prepare routine and complex drafting projects such as site layouts of airport facilities for the Federal Aviation Administration, office equipment layouts, air traffic control towers console layouts, wiring diagrams and relay schematics.

o        Relied on extensive experience, creativity and judgment to perform a variety of tasks. Exercised independent judgment in simple decisions but consulted with engineers regarding design accuracy to address critical decisions.

o       Assisted in developing, supporting and maintaining spatial data systems in the GIS Support Services with TANA to Navtque Migration Project.

o       Used aerial maps for locating underground gas lines in Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida with ArcGIS 9

       ArcMap version 9.3.1. 

o       Ran queries to validate data, stored, captured, analyzed, and displayed recorded Error polygons for gas mains. 

o        Researched tax maps, plat and deed information for data acquisitions used online resources; tax assessors,               utilities departments and state/county GIS Websites, etc., and applied to GIS files.

o        Created and provided trained documentations to aid in training contractors.

o       Assisted the Land Surveyor in Training and Land Surveyors by providing technical-level support in map, plat, field review of control points, construction staking and boundary and topographic surveys. 

o       Researched plat and deed documents on the owner’s property and their ad joiners from online GIS websites, and Clerk of Superior Court’s records to validate previous and current boundaries.

o   Edited field notes and incorporate field book information and pictures within surveys.

o       Familiar with state and local Zoning information.

o       Utilized field designs and implementation of geodatabases, projections and coordinate systems, and electric utility systems in creating surveys.

o    Generated Boundary and Topographic Surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, Route Surveys, Elevation certificates, As-built surveys, Site Plans and other various surveys. ( AutoCAD 2007 with LDD, Microstation v.8)
